On June 3rd, 2015 the club celebrated its 50th Anniversary at the Knolls of Oxford. Fred Brower and Bob Miller both were honored for 50 years of perfect attendance along with Bill Pulley for his 37 years. In addition to Brower and Miller, Founding Oxford Rotary members Joe Wespiser and Lloyd Goggin were also honored. During the course of the evening, the Club made several major announcements, including the culmination of its year-long service project, which totaled nearly 6,000 hours of community service by Oxford Rotary Club members since last July. At the conclusion of the evening, the Oxford Rotary Club honored one of its own with the Rotarian of the Year Award. This year’s winner, Jim Haley, was honored for his work on the Club’s newest fundraising project, Oxford Stars and Stripes.
