Rotaract Club is one of the two-hundred Clubs offered on campus at Miami University bringing opportunities to think globally, act locally. Through mentoring and support, our local club offers experiences to challenge the world-view of these changing minds through open dialogue and collaboration.

The Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) program is a Rotary International initiative and an important cornerstone of our work in the community. RYLA is an intensive leadership experience organized by local Rotary clubs and their Districts where participants enhance leadership skills while having fun and making connections. Over a weekend at Camp Kern, successful candidates are fully funded by their Rotary Club to meet other Youth from their area. Each year, the Oxford Rotary Club sends two individuals.

Each year, Rotary sponsors its Four-Way Test Speech Contest for Talawanda High School Students. Each student selects a topic and writes a speech subjecting that topic to Rotary's Four-Way Test:

Is it the Truth?

Is it fair to all concerned?

Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?

Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
